Key Worker & Vulnerable Children Support

To book a place for your child at our Key Worker and Vulnerable Children childcare support at Oakfield Primary Academy please complete an application form which can be downloaded here. Once complete, you can email your booking form to admin2419@welearn365.com. Please could we ask that you give as much notice as possible when requesting a place as this helps us to ensure that our staffing ratios are appropriate.

Please note that as of Tuesday 2nd June, our Key Worker and Vulnerable Children childcare provision will be based at Oakfield Primary Academy. To support us in maintaining social distancing measures, Please ensure that you enter the school site via. the Oakfield Road entrance only. Upon your arrival, you will then follow the arrows to our childcare provision which is based in the top school meeting room. Again, please ensure you follow the arrows and exit Oakfield via. the Oakfield Road entrance only.

Our childcare provision will run between 8.50 a.m. until 3 p.m.
