Welcome to our information page for new parents. We can't wait to welcome you to our Oakfield family. In this section you will find a range of information that will support your child joining us in September.

Please ensure that you have confirmed your acceptance of your place here at Oakfield Primary Academy. We would be grateful if you could complete the following questionnaire with some additional information about your child. This will support us in allocating your child a class for September 2024.

Starting school for the first time is a significant milestone for every child, and often a scary and exciting time for them and their parents/carers. Connect for Health, your School Nursing service in Warwickshire, want to make sure all children and families have the support they need with their health, wellbeing and development to prepare for this. That’s why they’re asking parents to complete the School Readiness Health Questionnaire.
